- Willingness to learn quickly across unfamiliar functions
- Adaptability — each rotation brings a new environment and new challenges
- Strong communication, since trainees interface with multiple teams
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
- 0–2 years post-NYSC in the Nigerian context) with degrees relevant to the departments on offer — engineering, food science, chemistry, logistics, business
- Not Older than 27
