Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Group Executive Director will provide high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the Executive Director, enabling effective leadership, decision-making, and execution of group-wide priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to interface confidently with senior executives, business units, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in an executive support, senior administrative, or coordination role supporting top management.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, modeling, visualization, and executive reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives confidently.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a complex, group-wide environment.
  • Professional judgment and problem-solving capability.
