Job Details

6+ years Food/ FMCG/Advertising industry experience in the core Marketing function, with demonstrable successes in executing end-to-end marketing communications and campaigns.
• An experience in Budget management, basic accounting and commercial processes
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and other MS App skills
• An experience with developing and executing PR strategies, stories and copywriting.
• An experience with executing below the line activations and development of POSMs.
• Experience of dealing with multi brand/product portfolio in a large Food/ Beverage Company.
• Good experience of executing out of home strategies across diverse geographies.
• Experience is negotiation with 3rd Party vendors for efficient cost management.
Overall accountability of managing advertising activities across categories in keeping with the objectives set out for the concerned brands & products.
• Commercial process execution and Budgeting – with associated Process Controls, Cross-Functional Support and Coordination
• Responsibility of Marketing Activations Planning & execution
• Leading & implementing PR and OOH strategies.
• Development of Point of Sale Materials
• Coordination & managerial roles internally, along with external agency, partner & vendor handling.
Job Specific Comments
• Responsible for planning and executing marketing communications for the entire portfolio of brands across all aspects of marketing and communications.
• Responsible for developing and monitoring marketing DME/Spends across all brands and management of marketing-commercial processes
• Responsible for developing PR strategies for products & brands in keeping with category objectives and set KPIs.
• Responsible for executing edge-driven consumer experiential activations.
• Responsible for Out of Home planning, execution, tracking and monitoring
• Tracking of market trends, category nuances and competitive activities to ensure continuous relevance of marketing comms and efficient spends.
• Strong collaboration with agency partners to develop strategies and plans that improves consumer experiences, innovation, investment decisions and performance across all aspects of advertising communication – ATL, PR, BTL and Activations
• Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
