Responsibility Area Key Responsibilities KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Data Preparation - Builds an efficient MIS (Management Information System) system tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) spanning volumes, market share, sales force effectiveness and distributor coverage
- Prepares monthly, weekly and quarterly sales forecasts feeding into supply chain demand planning
- Supports the Annual Business Plan with analytical inputs on brand, pack and pricing
- Prepares monthly review packs and sales incentive dataReporting accuracy %; % adoption of SFA (Sales Force Automation)/DMS (Distributor Management System); % automation in analytical reports; adherence to SLA/timelines Analysis & Reporting - Analyses effectiveness of sales promotions and newly launched brands/packs
- Conducts SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and sales productivity analysis
- Tracks High Volume Outlets and identifies candidates for discount rationalisation
- Tracks sales incentive programmes and reconciles stock reportsAnalysis turnaround time; incentive programme tracking accuracy Technology Implementation - Drives adoption of SFA (Sales Force Automation) and DMS (Distributor Management System) across the region
- Supports data integration of SFA/DMS with SAP (Systems, Applications and Products)/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Designs dashboards for reporting and analysis, and tracks tool adoptionSFA (Sales Force Automation)/DMS (Distributor Management System) adoption %; dashboard usage SECTION V: OPERATING NETWORK

Requirements

Minimum qualification, technical competencies and capabilities essential to execute the roleEducation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field from a recognised Nigerian university
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) is an advantage
- Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) (National Youth Service Corps)Experience - 4-7 years of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience, with experience in a similar MIS (Management Information System)/sales automation role
- Multi-organisation experience preferred, ideally within two to three leading FMCG organisationsFunctional Competencies - Financial acumen
